A 12/12 creature with trample wouldn't be great at 12 mana, but the whole point of Ghalta is that your other creatures reduce her cost
Adding the cant be countered effect to those spells is insanely good, and makes the Halfling compete for the top spot with the good old BoP

If a player or permanent has more than one kind of counter on it, and you choose for that player or permanent to get additional counters, it must get one of each kind of counter it already has
